Fini Bhandar shop located in Ghatgate market in the walled market of Jaipur is the most famous and oldest shop of Jaipur. Satyanarayan Pitaliya, who is running this shop, says that although Fini is sold throughout the year, the demand for this sweet is highest during Ramzan and Eid. The most special thing about this sweet is that it can be eaten in two ways. Generally one is Phini prepared with sweet syrup and one is Phini prepared without sugar syrup which can be prepared at home with milk. That is why children like this sweet the most.
Fini is prepared in desi ghee
Satyanarayan Pitalia, who has been making Fini for years, says that here Fini is prepared from desi ghee and normal ghee, the prices of which are different. Keeping in view the festivals of Ramzan and Eid, we keep its price low for the Muslim brothers. . And this tradition of ours has been going on for years and we will continue it in future too. Satyanarayan Pitaliya tells that here the price of desi ghee is Rs 700 per kilo and the price of milk is 300 rupees per kilo. During the month of Ramzan, Fini is in highest demand in the evening.
